Registration
Here is the system for online registration.
With this simple system you can register for the race and update your profile whenever you like (until closing registrations on October 31st 2016). This will enable you to motivate your sponsors to complete your budget.
Please read carefully the payment terms, deadlines and other information about the procedures.

REGISTRATION FEES

Special rate: 1.650€ (1,845 USD) for the first 40 registrants.

First rate: 1.850€ (2,070 USD) from registered 41 until 130.

Second rate: 2.100€ (2,350 USD) from registered 131 onwards.
*The current value of Euro to US Dollar is 1.118 (Updated on 08/02/16).
Amount exempt from VAT registration. For the issuance of invoice, according to the Fiscal Policy in force (Law 37/1992. Art.69. One. 1 / Art.70. One. 7 c) inscription on the race made by professionals or legal persons, addressed in the Spanish state, will be subject to VAT, and consequently we must add 21% VAT to the quoted price.
Entries made by non-legal persons (ie individuals) are not subject to VAT, according to the above rules, so the invoices for each of the persons registered to the race will be exempt from VAT.
THE FEES INCLUDE:
- Registration for the race.
- Accommodation (full board).
- Participant's race insurance.
- Doctor and nurse assistance.
- Timekeeping.
- Refreshment points during the race.
- Transport of luggage between camps.
- Finisher's jersey*
- 12 bottles of 1.5 liters of water during the race (from December 3 to 8, 2016).
THE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Air travel, travel insurance and visa. The organization will offers this services with a cost soon.
- Extras in the hotel rooms
- Extra drinks
- Mechanical and physiotherapy assistance
- IMPORTANT: transportation of the bicycle. The organization will offers this service with a cost soon
- Bond for chip timing and/or geolocation device, if necessary
*The finisher's jersey will be given to registered participants who appear in the general classification at the end of the race.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
SUB-23 (born between 1994 and 2000)
- 1.650€ (1,845 USD) Special rate for “SUB-23” until October 31th 2016.
LOYALTY DISCOUNTS* (Not applicable to special rates, 40 first and SUB23).
- 100€ (112 USD) for participants to one previous race.
*These discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Discounts are applied during the last term of payment or if the full payment is made.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
In order to confirm registration, the participant must send the following at the time of registration:
- The registration form by Internet.
- A receipt of the bank transfer of the registration fee or first installment. You can also pay by virtual TPV (soon).
Non compliance with any of these conditions will mean that you are NOT REGISTERED to the race.
- Depending on the date of registration, the participant may pay the amount in installments.
INSTALMENT PLAN
Special Fee “First 40”: 1.650€ (1,845 USD)
- 650 € (845 USD) at time of registration - RESERVATION OF A PLACE.
- 500 € (500 USD) before September, 15th 2016.
- 500 € (500 USD) before October 31th 2016, the deadline for reservations.
- Extras requested after registration shall be paid for at the time they are requested.
Fee No. 1: 1.850€ (2,070 USD) from registered 41 until 130.
- 850 € (950 USD) at time of registration - RESERVATION OF A PLACE.
- 500 € (560 USD) before January, 29th 2016.
- 500 € (560 USD) before October 31th 2016, the deadline for reservations
- If registration occurs after September 15th, you must pay the first two amounts as RESERVATION OF A PLACE.
- Extras requested after registration shall be paid for at the time they are requested.
Fee No. 2: 2.100€ (2,350 USD) - from 131 onwards.
- 1.100 € (1,230 USD) at time of registration - RESERVATION OF A PLACE.
- 500 € (560 USD) before January, 29th 2016*.
- 500 € (560 USD) before October 31th 2016, the deadline for reservations
- * If registration occurs after September 15th, you must pay the first two amounts as RESERVATION OF A PLACE.
- Extras requested after registration shall be paid for at the time they are requested.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All transfers must be accompanied by a bank receipt (sent to Info@titantropic.com or by fax to (34) 93 422 07 21)
- Payment of the complete registration fee is accepted.
- The deadlines for payment must be strictly observed.
- No registrations will be accepted without the corresponding bank transfer or payment by credit card (soon).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations produced before 02/09/16 costs 60€ (68 USD).
- Cancellations before 30/09/16 cost 50% of enrollment fee.
- Cancellations before 31/10/16 cost 75% of the amount paid as enrollment fee.
- Any cancellation after closing registrations will not have any refund.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
There is the possibility of hiring the Cancellation Guarantee to secure the refund if you can't attend the test. This guarantee have to be hired at the time of registration. The cost of the cancellation insurance is 100€ (112 USD).
Cancellations produced before 4/11/16 at 15: 00h and expenses will not be reimbursed to registered 100% of the amount of the registration fees paid so far.
Between 11/4/16 at 15:01 and at 15:00 18/11/16 will be refunded to enrolled 50% of the amount of the registration fees paid so far.
Any cancellation after 18/11/16 at 15:00 produced is not entitled to any refund.
