The organization of the Titan Tropic Cuba 2015, taking into account the needs of participants enrolled in the race, offers the possibility of guaranteeing the refund of the registration, if you cannot attend the test. The race organization offers a guarantee service to all participants of the race if you cannot be present at the start. The offer is added to the current policy of cancellation of the registration to which all registered participants are eligible. Normally, if an enrolled participant cannot take part at the Titan Tropic Cuba he/she can ask to be unsubscribed from the test and recover a percentage of the fee paid (cancellation policy). With this offer, you have the possibility to ensure full recovery of the enrollment fee (not including the amount for other services: flight, pick-up and delivery of bikes at home, etc). The most common causes of cancellation have always been injuries or medical problems but now, this will not be a problem for those who request Money-Back Guarantee as they can recoup their money. Thus, those who do not want to worry about possible injuries that they may suffer during training sessions, can now request the Money-Back Guarantee service by filling out the form and making the payment of said guarantee. If you have hired the service and you are forced to unsubscribe from the race, you can do so until November 10th 2015 at 15: 00h (Spanish time).
CANCELLATION WITHOUT MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - (cancellation policy included in the registration) -Cancellations produced before 15/09/2025 will have a cost of administration fee of 60 €. - Cancellations before 15/10/2025 will have a cost 50% of the payments made up to that moment as registrations costs. - Cancellations before 31/10/2025 will have a cost of 75% of the payments made up to that moment as registrations costs. -Any cancellation occurring after the closing of entries will not be entitled to any refund.
CANCELLATION WITH MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE - (OPTIONAL GUARANTEE) - The cancellations made before 31/10/2025 at 15:00h will not have any costs and will be reimbursed 100% of the amount of the entry fees paid so far. Between the 01/11/15 at 15:01h and the 10/11/15 at 15:00h will be refunded 50% of the amount of the entry fees paid so far.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE? IMPORTANT: The guarantee must be contracted the same day the registration is made. No contracts will be accepted after the enrollment has been done. 1. Fill out the form with the registration information. 2. Make the payment by wire transfer or virtual POS (on the participant profile) - (100€ from the opening to the closing of entries). 3. Send the form and payment receipt by email ([email protected]) or fax (+34934220721) to the organization.
BASIC RULES GOVERNING THE GUARANTEE The participant who subscribes to this guarantee in his/her own name, declares to have read and agreed: First, Contracting the warranty can only be done on the same day as the registration. No guarantees will be accepted after having formalized the registration. The payment of the same will be done separately indicating the concept on the deposit. Second, The Organization shall make payment of the amounts paid until the cancellation by the participant only for registration concept as detailed above according to the periods and percentages, if this last one suffers an accident, physical illness or voluntary cancellation, which precludes his/her participation at the Titan Tropic Cuba 2015 Three, The Organization will carry out the refund from January 15th 2016. Fourth, The period of the warranty takes effect from the reception of this document with the paragraph Contracting Procedure duly completed and signed with the payment receipt attached until 10/11/2025 at 15:00h. Fifth, The Hiring of the warranty ends on 31/10/2025 at the closing of entries. Sixth, The Participant will proceed to send by fax (93 422 July 21) or email ([email protected]) of this document duly completed and signed ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT RECEIPT of the guarantee (or payment confirmation by virtual POS) If it is sent by fax we will proceed to notify by email to ensure proper reception. Seventh, No guarantee will be accepted that does not comply with point first or sixth. Eighth, To execute the process of cancellation, the participant must send to the organization by fax or email the present document along with the bank details for the refund. IMPORTANT: The bank details for the refund must match the bank details from which the wire transfer for the registration was done. If the payment was made by virtual POS, the refund will be made through this system. Ninth, The declarant expressly consents the organization of the Titan Tropic Cuba 2015 so that by themselves or through other entities, to treat your personal data automatically "exclusively for commercial purposes", being able to incorporate such data in their automated files and of which they will be responsible for communicating with the participant in future activities related to the event. The declarant shall be entitled to access these files in order to modify, amend or cancel all or part of its contents only by written request at the registered office of RPM EVENTS, S.L. (Dept. Marketing. C/Gran Via 8-10, 6th-7th floor 08902 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat -Barcelona).
CONTRACT FORM GUARANTEE DATA: - DATE EFFECT GUARANTEES CANCELLATION: On receipt of this duly completed and together with the bank receipt for the payment sheet: - 100 € from the 28.07.2025 until the closing registrations on the 31/10/15.
