For the transportation of bicycles to the Titan Tropic Cuba by GAES participants must choose one of the following delivery systems.
BIKE TRANSPORTATION TO CUBA
For the transportation of the bike to Cuba participants have 3 options listed below.
YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT (
Option 1: - PERSONAL DELIVERY OF BIKE
Delivery details:
- DATES: 9 and 10 November 2015.
- HOURS: 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 17:30.
- Participants should bring the bike to:
RPM Storage.

- The competitor will have available TITAN BOX specially designed for the bike transportation.
- There will be a signalized area where participants can work.
- Participants should bring the necessary tools for disassembly the bike and its correct packaging and protective materials.
- After packaging the participant have to sign the delivery slip.
VERY IMPORTANT MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 20KG
Option 2: - "SEUR" BIKE COURIER SHIPPING
This year the Titan Tropic Cuba by GAES has reached an agreement with the company SEUR and it's the official courier of the race. In this way, and thanks to the sponsorship of SEUR, the race has achieved a price of 100 Euros for this service of transport of bicycles.
How it works:
- Download the document:
- Pay the services by bank transfer and send proof of payment to [email protected]
- Send name and data collection to [email protected]
- Reception of the box, dismantle and pack the bike by the participant.
- Courier company will pick up the bike at your home two days after the reception of the box and transfer it to our warehouse in Barcelona.
Other details to be considered about the home collection service
- Price for Peninsular Spain: 100€ (For Balearic Islands and Canary Islands there is a supplement of 30 Euros, for other destinations, ask for prices).
* The service includes round trip of the bicycle. It includes the delivery of the box at home, the bicycle collection and the delivery of the bike after the race.
- Last day to contract the service November 5. 2015
- No orders will be accepted after that date for delivery.

Option 3: - CONTRACT THE BOX “CARRIAGE TO PAY”
- A third option is that the participants contract the box “carriage to pay” in [email protected] . Each participant must send the box to RPM Storage by themselves. In this case the deadline to contract the box: November 7, 2025.
- The deadline to receive the box in RPM Storage: November 6, 2025.

*RPM or SEUR are not responsible for the total value of the bicycle.
BIKE RETURN FROM CUBA
The bicycles will be collected at the end of the day December 10, 2015. Participants should pack and load their bikes in the camp until 16:00. Once packed the bike the participant has 2 options:
Option 1: - COLLECTION IN BARCELONA BIKE WAREHOUSE
Delivery details:
- DATES: January 4 and 5, 2015
- HOURS: 10:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 17:30.
- Participants should go to get his bike to:
RPM Storage.

- The participant receives his bike after showing the ID that identifies him *.
- The participant signs the delivery slip of bicycle.
- * To collect a bicycle from another participant is mandatory authorization document signed by the participant and a photocopy of DNI - (

Option 2: - SHIP TO HOME OF BICYCLES
How it works:
- The hired bicycles shipping service is ROUND TRIP.
- Send name and data collection to [email protected]
- Receipt bike at home.

Option 3: - CONTRACT YOUR OWN COURIER SERVICE
- Contract a courier service to collect the bike in RPM Storage.
